The Begging Bowl & Charity Breakfast
Saturday, 2nd August 2008
The Begging Bowl is the Club's major fund-raising event for the Captains' Charity. The day starts with a Full English Breakfast followed by an 18 hole Pairs Better-Ball Stableford competition with a shotgun start at 10.00. Members £12, Guests £22. Members' guests are welcome. To enter, sign up on the list in the clubhouse and help support the Captains' charity, Arthritis Matters. There will be a Charity Auction in the afternoon. The Nelson Cup
Monday, 25th August
Enter now for the Nelson Cup Mixed Foursomes (Members only) - the details are on the noticeboard in the foyer. Entry fee is £10 per person and includes a BBQ. Tee times are 1000 to 1200. This is an Honours Board event. Individuals entering will be paired up.
